How we handle your data, your case, and your trust.
Summaries below. Full legal documents are being finalised with UAE counsel ahead of platform launch; this page will be updated as each is published.
The conduct commitments that govern every mandate — who we may contact, whose approval is needed before anything is issued, and where your customer’s money goes — are published in full as our Rules of Engagement.
Privacy notice
Wusala processes personal and business data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law 45/2021). We collect only what we need to assess and recover receivables: your business and contact details, the invoice and debtor information you provide, and records of our communications. We use it solely to deliver the service you request, retain it for the periods the law and our obligations require, and never sell it. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting office@wusala.com. Where we use approved partners (payment, legal, insurance, technology), we share only the data necessary and under written agreements.
Terms of use
This website provides information about Wusala's receivables-recovery services and lets you request a free audit. Nothing here is a binding offer or legal advice. Any engagement is governed by a separate written services agreement. Published fees are indicative of our standard rate card; the fee applicable to your cases is confirmed in your mandate. Recovery outcomes vary by case and are never guaranteed. The Wusala Indexes are provided for information only and are not financial, credit, or investment advice.
Complaints route
If you're a client or a debtor and believe we've fallen short of our standards, tell us. Email office@wusala.com with "Complaint" in the subject and any reference number. We acknowledge complaints promptly, investigate fairly, keep a record, and respond with our findings and any corrective action. If you are not satisfied with how a complaint has been handled, escalate it to dg@wusala.com, which reaches the principal directly.
Responsible-collection policy
We collect firmly, professionally, and fairly. We contact only the debtor or their authorised representative, only during business hours, and never with threats, harassment, or deception. We do not disclose a debt to unauthorised third parties. Every demand carries a full breakdown of what is owed. We record and retain our communications. Legal notices and court proceedings are handled by licensed UAE advocates — we do not represent ourselves as legal counsel. AI assists our work but never autonomously threatens legal action, settles a debt, or discloses debtor information; a person is accountable for every material decision.
